- The TAMTEC 4 helps tone and strengthen muscles, relieves pain, and reduces tension through the use of Electronic Muscle Stimulation (EMS) and TENS technology. When muscle stimulation is applied to a muscle group, a gentle electrical pulse is sent from the unit to the targeted motor point, causing the muscles to contract. Recommended for personal use only.
