- EFFICIENT & ECONOMICAL FILTRATION - The 5-micron sediment filter combined with the 0.5-micron carbon block filter effectively reduce particulates, chlorine and chloramines in tap water – producing fresh tasting clean water.
- 5-MICRON SEDIMENT CARTRIDGE – Highly recommended due to longer life and cost-effectiveness, the 5-Micron sediment filter cartridge ensures removal of particulate matter such as dirt, sand, silt, and rust.
- CHLORAMINE AND CHLORINE FILTER – Carbon Plus cartridge removes both chlorine and chloramine from tap water with up to 98% Chloramine reduction at 3 ppm Chloramine for 3,000 gallons at 0.5 GPM. A chloramine reduction cartridge ensures proper water conditioning. 3 ppm chloramine with a greater than 98% reduction.
- NSF/ANSI STANDARD 42 – This Carbon block water filter cartridge has been tested by a third-party NABL accredited laboratory to meet or exceed the NSF/ANSI 42 standard for drinking water system units.
