The child lock feature prevents unsupervised heating, while the overflow protection ensures power shuts off if boiling liquid or a wet cloth touches the control panel. Additionally, the automatic shutoff turns off a cooking zone if it remains unchanged for over two hours. The residual heat indicator light alerts you when the surface is still hot to touch, ensuring your safety.
