- This pressure canner weight is not only fits for mirro pressure cookers / canners, but also for American pressure cooker / canner models 910 (10.5 qt), 915 (15.5 qt), 921 (21.5 qt), 925 (25 qt), 930 (30 qt), 941 (41.5 qt).
- PRESSURE REGULATOR WEIGHT - Pressure Cookers/Canners are weighted-gauge canners. The pressure regulator weight is designed to release excess steam at 18 pounds of pressure. Combined with the vent pipe, the pressure regulator weight makes up the Automatic Pressure Control. The vent pipe attaches to the cover and the pressure regulator weight sits on top of the vent pipe.
- When the pressure cooker reaches the proper temperature, the pressure regulator will jiggle audibly and you can see the steam being released.
