- Mini 3-Ply stainless steel construction: 18/10 stainless steel interior, polished stainless steel exterior, pure aluminium core sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel, all induction-ready. The three-layer construction ensures excellent can heat up quickly and dissipate heat evenly.
