- SET UP IS IMPORTANT. Follow the instructions provided in the manual or on the video to dispense one full sheet or one half sheet of paper towel for best results.

- EASY TO LOAD. Simply open the dispenser and place your roll inside, leaving 1 sheet outside of the dispenser. Follow the instructions to set up the dispenser. We recommend dispensing 1 full or ½ sheet of towel
- EASY TO REPLACE A NEW ROLL WHEN YOU RUN OUT. Open the dispenser, take out the empty roll and place your new roll inside. It is important to set up the dispenser to dispense 1 full or ½ sheet each time you replace a roll.
- USE WITH YOUR FAVORITE PAPER TOWELS. Works with most paper towel brands and sizes. Not compatible with mega rolls or ultra-thick, cloth-like paper towels.
- POWER ON. The countertop unit can be plugged into the wall or uses 4 D batteries. Note: The undercabinet unit does not have the option for battery power.
