- SUNRISE STRETCH (15 Minutes): Let's start the day by taking a few minutes to step into our body with ease and energy. All you will need is a small space to move around and bare feet for this series of gentle standing stretches that help wake up and loosen up the body without the need to force or hold an extended range of motion.
- POSTURE POWER UP (20 Minutes): These simple, posture-improving mobility exercises help relieve stiffness and activate sleepy muscles to better support our spine and joints for healthy movement. Try this routine at the start of your day or anytime you need a realignment (such as after a long travel day or time spent sitting). Use a mat or towel to make the positions on the floor more comfortable, if desired.
- MIDDAY DESK BREAK (15 Minutes): Taking regular breaks from sitting is an excellent way to help your body stay more mobile and pain-free. In addition to standing up and walking around as often as you can during a long day seated, this routine can assist in realigning the body's posture and activating muscles that can start to get tight or weak after longer stays in a seated position. Try this series once a day (or more!) whenever needed. All you will need is a chair for this routine.
- POST WORKOUT/COOL DOWN (15 Minutes): Wrap up your walk, jog, or other activity with these opening, muscle-releasing stretches and mobility exercises to help reset your body after more repetitive movement workouts. Use a mat or towel to make the positions on the floor more comfortable, if desired.
- SUNSET STRETCH (15 Minutes): Spend a few minutes at the end of your day to release the weight of the world from your shoulders and wind down with this series of relaxing, flowing stretches. Our goal is to relax and softly open up the body without the need to force or hold an extended range of motion. All you will need is a small space to move around bare feet, and you may want a mat or towel to make the floor more comfortable.
