- Product Safety: All products are baked in a GFCO certified, dedicated gluten free bakery. We have regular testing protocols for both ingredients and products to help ensure the safety of customers.
- Clean Label: We offer a short, fully clean ingredient panel. All breads are made without chemical preservatives.
- Packaging: MAP packaging. The modified atmosphere packaging that we use is designed to extend the shelf life of the Best-By-Date on the product when the product remains sealed. Our Gluten Free products typically have a 45 day shelf life before product is opened without refrigeration. When still sealed, the product does not require freezing.
- Storage: Our Gluten Free products remain fresh until the date on the package if kept unopened in our stay-fresh packaging. Once opened, we do recommend that you freeze the product or at least keep it in an airtight container (like a zip-loc bag or tupperware with the air squeezed out) since this bread has no preservatives. Our baked goods are best when consumed within five days when stored in an airtight container. Our recommendation is that once you open the package, pack one or two slices in a zip loc sandwich bag and freeze them. This will make the product easier to thaw and preserves the quality.
